Jesus - Our High Priest

Think about it! This morning as I prayed I began to think about Jesus as my high priest. I remembered that He is touched by the feelings of our infirmities and how He loves mercy. Heb. 7:24-25 Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever lives to make intersession for them. **The word uttermost means to the end of time. Be encouraged in the Lord and just see Him during this time as your Advocate seated at the right hand of the Father praying for you. Think about John 17:9&20 He also prays for them that will believe! What a wonderful Lord we have and full of mercy. Remember He is concerned about everything that concerns you as His children.
Take time and study about Jesus as the high priest, I know lots will say I already know that; but even though we know we can refresh our heart and even gain more knowledge as the Spirit reveals deeper truth through our study. Praise to the Great High Priest who offered Himself for us as the perfect sacrifice and continues to pray us through all that we endure here on earth. Be encouraged in the Lord, He will never stop praying for you and those that will one day serve Him! Such a good, good Savior! Amen
