Think about it!  Eph. 5:21-24
Submit – to offer oneself freely.  To defer to another person’s opinion or wishes.
Submissive – humble, obedient.
Gen 3:16 – And thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee…
Submit as unto the Lord (remember, God never forces obedience)
Eph. 5:31-33  Husband and wife are one flesh.  Reverence her husband / regard with affection.
Col 3:18 – Wives submit yourself unto your own husbands as is fit in the Lord…
I Peter 3:1-6  Wives fear for God and the desire to please God by obeying His Word first
Lifestyle will speak louder than words – do not condemn, do not criticize, do not nag, do not manipulate by pouting.
But speak encouragement, let them know you appreciate all the hard work and spiritual leadership. Learn to listen to their opinion and let them make the final decisions.  Pray daily for them and make children show respect if the man is trying to be Godly.
Chaste – pure, modest; Fear – of God; Conversation – lifestyle.  Fancy clothes and outward appearance are not what impresses Christian men but rather the actions of the woman.  Of the heart not fake action or outward looks. Be meek, humble, mild.  Be void of easy temper, void of pride, immoderate anger.  Discovering itself in quiet obliging behavior toward husband and families.
This is a sign of a sanctified heart – quiet spirit – calm.  Wives should be subject to their husbands not from dread and amazement, but from desire to do well in pleasing God.
